Useful Console Commands
This is a list of some useful console command syntax's. There are many cheats that will be disabled in the Full Version and thank GOD for that. There are however other commands that can improve Daikatana's performance legitimately. To get to the console, in the game you press "`" : the key left of the #1. This key also will get you back out.
Commands
precache ... This will precache data from the hard drive into memory and improve overall performance of the game.
cl_particles 0 ... This will eliminate the large splashes of blood, rain and other particle details and will increase frames per second in battle.
timerefresh ... This will calculate your video Frames Per Second (fps). This can done in different areas of the map and will vary depending on details
cam_toggle ... This will toggle the perspective camera angle through 1st person, 3rd person or chase cam.
